Return Policy

We expect that you have gone through all the detailed information that we have provided on our website (such as product images, sizes , material,etc). We also have strong social media presence from where you can have more clarity about the product before planning to buy it.
As a homegrown brand its not possible for us to provide you with return of the product as we provide sufficient information about it..
Each and every product goes through 2- 3 stages of quality check before we send it to our customers.
Damaged or Wrong Product.
In case you claim to have received a damaged or wrong product then a mandatory opening video of the product is required. Once the product is received we will go through the necessary quality check. However when a product is shipped from us it goes through different layer of quality check and we record the whole process of packing your product.

Please note that Return will not be possible in case of:
1. Any product bought with a special discount.
2. Any product bought during sale .
3. Any product bought with any discounted voucher.
4. Any product brought with a coupon code.

In case the product you have ordered doesn’t fits you well and you want a size exchange then we can consider it. You need to mail us at support@silaiee.com or WhatsApp us on 7292063573 within 48 hours and send us your order number. We will definitely try to resolve your problem.
We will arrange a reverse pick up for the exchangeable product. In case reverse pickup facility is not available for your pincode then you will have to send it back to us on our address

Once the product is received it will go through the quality check and if passes through then we will try to send you the required size within 3 – 5 business days.
In case of customisation – No Exchange and No Return.. As the product is made as per your choice so any kind of return or exchange will not be accepted.
Any product which was made on order will not be eligible for exchange or return..
