- 1) After Placing the Order, the customer will get a confirmation mail or call from the brand.
And once the order is confirmed, it will be processed further for production.
2) Customers with prepaid orders can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it for the refund.
If cancelled after 24hrs ,we won’t be able to cancel the order , as all the products are strictly made on order basis. - 3)Once the product passed all the quality checks and dispatched , customers will be notified via an email.
- 4) Once the product is handovered to the logistics the customer will receive their tracking details from where you can track your order.
5) Once the product is delivered, the customer is eligible for size exchange but it needs to be
informed within 3 days of receiving the product.
After 3 days we won’t be able to process the size exchange.
6) In case of size exchange, the customer needs to mail us on silaie.official@gmail.com
7) Customer can send the product back to our warehouse and once we receive it we will give a follow up call to
the customer.
8) It will be charged INR 199 , if the customer wants us to generate the reverse pickup for the product.
9)We strictly do not provide the refund once the purchase is made. A Credit Note will be issued for the Billing Amount. - 10) A Credit Note Will Be issued for the Billing Amout if prepaid order is been cancelled After 24hrs of placing the order.
- 11) We certainly take 5-7 business days to ship the product from the date of order placed if the product is avaliable in the stock
- Otherwise it can take 15-20 working days to ship the order (we cant cancel it or refund it once the order is shipped)
